1. Payment Policy
•50% Deposit of total cost is required to reserve an event at The Hall. Final payment must be made at least 7 days prior to the event date.
•The Hall requires an additional $300 Cleaning and Damage Deposit which is included on the invoice.
-Cleaning and Damage Fee will be returned within a week following the event once owner confirms facility was left in same condition as when rented.
2. Cancellation Policy
•Failure to make full payment at least 7 days prior to the event date will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation. All funds received will be retained.
•There will be a $150 Date Change Fee for any postponements. The Hall is not responsible for weather, travel, or guest/attendee circumstances, etc.
